We will begin submitting your site pages to our search engine database shortly. Your site is now also part of our Smart Indexing program where we will resubmit these pages to our top 85 search engines every 10th and 25th of the month for a period of one year. Following each round of submissions, we will send you bimonthly reports to keep you informed of the progress of these submissions.
You are taking part in our Index Express program, which offers 7-day rankings in the following search engines: HotBot, AOL, MSN, Anzwers and iWon. The balance of major search engines can take anywhere from three to 18 weeks to index. In approximately 30 to 45 days, I will send a keyword position report that shows how your site is ranking in the major search engines.
While we are waiting for the search engines to index your site, try searching for your site using the keywords found in both your <TITLE> and <META "keyword"> tags.
Please ensure when you are updating your site that the meta tags I have created appear in the header of each page. These tags are crucial for search engine positioning.

Our guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
1) The meta tags, metalink pages or spiderlink pages we prepared for your web site must not be altered in any way.
2) Once the metalink and spiderlink pages have been uploaded to your server and the submissions to the search engines started, the directory structure of the metalink and spiderlink pages must not be changed in any way.
3) The meta tags, metalink pages or spiderlink pages we prepare for your web site must not be removed or deleted from your site for at least the duration of our one-year agreement. Please ensure these files are not deleted while maintenance of your web site is being carried out.
4) While spidering your web site, if a search engine does not find the promoted pages, your site may lose valuable positioning and/or be removed entirely from that particular search engine. If it is necessary to change the file and/or folder names relating to the work we completed, please let us know of these changes so we can amend our submission files. This information is crucial for search engine
positioning.
5) For the duration of our agreement, it is important to let us handle all submissions to the search engines we list in our report. Additional submissions of the site pages, metalink or spiderlink pages to the search engines listed in our reports may be considered spamming. Spamming search engines with repeated submission requests could have a negative affect on the ranking of your site in these search
engines. Search engines reserve the right to remove web sites from their listings if they are spammed. If, however, you find a search engine or a directory that is not listed on one of the current submission reports Submit Plus sends you, you are more than welcome to submit your site without risk of spamming. We recommend you become familiar with the submission policy of any search engine you find before
submitting your site.
